I wonder if now would be a good time to take just a minute to reflect on any beliefs or actions that aren’t serving you. Perhaps you could relax and ponder why do I do this, or why do I think, or believe, that .. and if you did take just a minute …. I wonder if now may be a good time to ask yourself … could I make a minor change to the way I think, or what I do, or how I behave today, to make my life experience more enjoyable, today? And, if the answer is ‘Yes, I can’ .. I wonder if you remember that you are in charge of your thoughts, beliefs, and actions and therefore a positive improvement is entirely possible for you today.
