Taking just a minute to stop and breath. A moment to appreciate that you are doing the best you can with the skills that you have at this moment in time. Taking a moment to relax into knowing that, whilst you may not get everything perfectly right, all of the time, it’s okay, natural and normal. Perhaps now would be a good time to recognise that you are a student of life, a participant of life, choosing to live it every day with a happy, beating heart, a caring heart, and an inquiring mind. You show up and that alone makes everything okay.
