Taking just a minute to stop .. and focus on your breath.  Breathing deeply in through your nose, hold it, and gently out through your mouth. And whilst you focus on your breath…take just a moment ..to consider if it’s possible for you to step back and allow things to unfold without getting involved. Just as the sun rises and sets all by itself, how many things in your life would happen if you stepped back and allowed others to step up. I wonder if you can sit and watch the sun rise, or set, this week. And if you can, I wonder how good you’ll feel, and how safe you’ll feel, knowing that the universe is taking care of the big stuff so you can take care of living your very best life. Namaste.
